Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process exchanges unless the goods sent to you are incorrect to the item on the order paperwork. Items will need to be returned and a fresh order placed.

When returning item(s), you will be responsible for the cost of postage unless we agree the item is faulty or sent incorrectly. We suggest proof of postage should also be obtained to protect against loss in transit.
- A small parcel (which all of our pairs of shoes are) 2nd class, not tracked is £2.85 Royal Mail
- £3.95 for 2nd class tracked Royal Mail.
It can usually take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our store and processed.
Any refund due will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account. This may vary by payment method issuer.
